Who is responsible

CloudFrontiers is the data controller for this list. Email [email protected] with a privacy question or request.

What we collect and why

We collect your first name and email address so we can send the weekly AI Open Lab invite, joining link and closely related replay notes. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive information.

We rely on your consent. The checkbox is not preselected, and the confirmation email gives you a second step before we add you to the active list.

What we record

We keep the details you submit, the date and time, the consent wording in use, the confirmation status and any later unsubscribe request. This lets us show when and how consent was given or withdrawn.

Email service

MailerLite processes the signup form, confirmation email, weekly messages and unsubscribe record for CloudFrontiers. Read MailerLite's privacy policy.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your information or use this list for unrelated partner marketing. Access is limited to CloudFrontiers and the service providers needed to run the list.

We keep your active subscription until you unsubscribe or we close the list. After an unsubscribe, we may keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email that address again. We delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. You can also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy where the law applies.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.
